Shopping Policy and Terms
Takedown Fight Armor, hereinafter referred to as Takedown, has adopted the following Shopping Policies relating to all Terms and Conditions for purchasing on our website.  This policy applies to your use of Takedown’s website and its affiliated family of brands, including but not limited to: Takedown Fight Armor, Takedown Girl Armor and Takedown Xistence.  All sales are subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and each purchase you make on our site, represents your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping
We ship to the United States, via United Parcel Service (UPS) by way of UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. These methods of shipping and the related shipping fees are subject to change without notice at Takedowns discretion. Although, we arrange for merchandise shipping, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for shipping delays, and all provided shipping schedules are merely estimates and cannot be guaranteed.



Merchandise will not be shipped until all payments, including shipping and handling charges, are received by Takedown, after which, your order should be shipped within 5-7 business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. This estimated shipping period may vary and increase depending on the amount of orders being filled at the time of your order. Nevertheless, we will make every reasonable effort to ship your order expeditiously.



Takedown accepts no liability or responsibility for any delays in shipping or delays in filling your order, which arise out of circumstances that are outside of our control, including but not limited to: forces of nature, emergency situations, fire, civil disorder, strikes, walkouts, utility or service interruptions, industrial disturbances or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

Return Policy
All sales are final, but Takedown allows you 30 days from the date of purchase to return your merchandise for exchange only, subject to the following terms. However, we will not accept any merchandise that has been worn, washed or damaged. All returned merchandise must be in new condition, with all original tags still attached and will only be accepted for the following reasons:

Defective Items:
If you receive defective merchandise, you must notify Takedown, at the provided email below, within 10 business days from the date your order was shipped to qualify to have your merchandise considered for an exchange. If you do not provide us with such notification within the provided period of time, th is may result in denial of your request for an exchange.



All other permitted requests for merchandise exchange must be received at the provided email below, within 30 days from the date of purchase. 



Email Request for Exchange:
Please include in your email notification, the order confirmation number, the items(s) you would like to return for exchange and the reason you are requesting a merchandise exchange.



Once your notification is reviewed, Takedown will respond to your inquiry and may request additional information from you if needed. Upon approval, you will be emailed instructions on where to return your merchandise, and you will be provided with any other necessary information for your return.

Takedown must receive your merchandise within 14 Days from the date you receive our email approval, otherwise, your return may not be accepted. The returned merchandise must be received in the condition described in this policy.



Takedown will not refund shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part, at which time, we will refund up to $8.99 for return shipping only.  Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

*Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return and write on it why you are requesting a return or exchange.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, its condition will be inspected for compliance with our return policy, and once inspection is approved, we will process any replacement order, and it will be shipped back to you. Takedown assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged returned packages, so you are encouraged to insure such package for its full value.



Not withstanding this return / exchange policy, All Sales are Final, and Takedown reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the customers purchase at our discretion without any liability.

Pricing
All merchandise pricing on our website is subject change without notice; however, the price at the time of order, will apply for that order. Applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges are not included in our listed prices; however, all charges that apply to your order will be visibly noted at check out before completing your order.

Product availability: Takedown will make every reasonable effort to keep you notified as to what merchandise is out of stock at the time of your order; however, in the event that we cannot ship your merchandise within 30 days, we will notify you with an estimated time for delivery or an option for refund or possibly a substitution of goods.



All payments will only be accepted in US Dollars, by way of Visa or Master Card Only; No C.O.D.'s, Cash or Personal Checks.

Product Specifications:
It is Takedowns goal to always provide quality products and designs our customers can wear with pride and comfort. However, from time to time we may replace materials used to create our products, with other quality materials, subject to the needs of our overall business and merchandise production.

Additionally, color and design appearances may vary depending on your personal computer monitor settings and quality and paper product printing (i.e. catalogues and brochures), as such,

Takedown makes no guarantees as to product appearance on our website or in any catalogues or brochures. However, once you feel and experience the fit and comfort of our products, we are extremely confident that you will immediately appreciate the work that has gone into developing our products as a recognized high quality brand.

Warranties
As part of our limited warranties, at no time, will Takedown be liable for more than the actual cost of the purchased product(s). We warrant our products to be free of material defects in workmanship, materials and finish for 30 days from the date of your purchase. However, this warranty does not apply to merchandise damaged by the customer or by circumstances outside of Takedowns control. We will under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of a product.

Our only liability under such warranties, at our discretion, will be to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid for such product. These limited warranties represent the full extent of our warranties, and supersede any other warranties made to you, whether expressed or implied, and Takedown disclaims any other such warranties.



Jurisdiction
These terms and all policies in our website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States of America. By using our website or purchasing with Takedown, you consent to these terms of use and agree to have any dispute arising out of these terms settled in the jurisdiction of the State of California. You irrevocably agree to waive all rights to bring or participate in any class action suits or claims regarding the matter related within.



Severability:
If any part of these Terms and Policies are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms represent the entire agreement between the parties relating to this subject matter.
